Mentoring Project

The Boys & Girls Club offers a Mentoring Program for the youth served by our organization. This program is designed to self-empower our youth and provide them with the tools to develop into successful adults. We are currently seeking energetic, committed individuals who are part of our surrounding community to become mentors for our club youth. The program requires a weekly visit with a club member who will be matched with a mentor for the duration of the year. For one hour a week, a mentor will meet one-on-one with a Boys & Girls Club mentee to discuss academic, behavioral, & personal development. Each meeting will take place at the Club facility, 727 E. Elm St.

In order to become an official Boys & Girls Club Mentor, you must complete an application and pass a national background screening. If you or someone you know is interested in more information, please contact Heather Robinson at (573) 634-2582 or email
